Base pay range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operating budget and policy procedures.
• Collaborate on quality improvement, risk management, and infection control with the Director of Nursing.
• Analyze and advise on market trends that may impact clinical and financial performance and review all purchases.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 – $150,000 per year.
• Medical coverage: 90% for individual, 80% for individual plus one, 70% for family.
• Annual performance evaluation bonuses.
