Job description

StaffMED Health Partners has partnered with a leading healthcare system in the Houston area that is seeking board-certified or board-eligible Neurosurgeons to join its expanding Neuroscience service line. Opportunities are available at multiple locations, including Level II Trauma Centers, with the ability to build a thriving elective and trauma-based practice.

They offer a well-supported environment with a strong referral network, Neuroscience NPs, and cutting-edge technology, including advanced navigation tools and robotic surgical systems for cranial and spine procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality neurosurgical care with a mix of cranial, spine, and trauma cases.
  • Work collaboratively with other neurosurgeons and medical professionals in a well-supported environment.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art surgical technology, including a Neuro-Interventional suite with angiography imaging, procedure table, O-arm, microscope, and C-arm.
  • Participate in a shared call schedule with other employed or community-based neurosurgeons.
  • Engage in practice growth and development with access to a large referral base.
Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurosurgery.
  • Eligible for a Texas medical license or currently licensed in Texas.
  • Open to candidates with all levels of experience, including new fellows.
  • Candidates with cranial, spine, and trauma interests are encouraged to apply.
