Job summary

Texas Health Physicians Group in Fort Worth, TX seeks a General & Multispecialty Surgery Physician Assistant to join a team of surgeons delivering comprehensive surgical care. The role covers pre/post-operative assessments, inpatient and outpatient management, and operative support in General, Colorectal, Foregut & HPB services.

Candidates must be Texas-licensed and board-certified PA with active Texas licensure; PA certification required.

Qualifications

• Texas licensed/Board-Certified Physician Assistant.
• Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program.
• PA Certification and Texas license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments.
• Manage patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Plan treatment and document using EPIC EMR.
• Support General, Colorectal, Foregut & HPB surgeons with OR assist.

Position Details

• Full time schedule Monday-Friday with shared call.
• Support General, Colorectal, Foregut & HPB surgeons with both OR assist and clinical
