Medical Director, Breast Surgery

Start Date: ASAP  |  Pay Rate: $345,000 - $415,000

The Division of Surgical Oncology at the University of Kentucky seeks a breast surgeon to serve as Surgical Director of the Breast Program and Medical Director of the Breast Center.

The successful candidate will lead the Breast Surgery service by providing, developing, and expanding clinical services. This role offers opportunities to participate in research activities within the Division of Surgical Oncology and Markey Cancer Center, develop personal research interests, and mentor junior faculty. Responsibilities also include supervising and instructing advanced practice providers, general surgery residents, and medical students. Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board-certified or board-eligible in General Surgery.
