Opportunity for General Surgery in a Midwestern Small City

Don't miss this lucrative bread and butter general surgery opportunity in a Midwestern small city of 50K, located within 45 minutes of a metro area with 650K residents. Join an independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty group comprising 100 providers.

Our client is seeking a General Surgeon to join two existing surgeons and replace a departing surgeon for family reasons. Enjoy a competitive compensation package, a balanced workload, and an excellent work-life balance in a safe, affordable, family-friendly community. Robotics are optional.

Compensation and Benefits

• $500K Base salary
• $50K Sign-on bonus
• $1000-1200 per shift call pay
• 1:3 Call schedule
