Donald L. Mooney Enterprises, LLC dba NURSES Etc STAFFING is seeking a Board-Certified General Surgeon for the Northern Indiana Health Care System in Fort Wayne, IN.

Place of Performance: The contractor shall provide services at the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.

VA Hours of Operation/Scheduling:

• VA Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Clinic or OR Schedule: Monday - Friday, 07:30 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements:

• License: Must hold a current license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, or the District of Columbia when services are performed onsite at VA property. All licenses held by personnel working on this contract must be full and unrestricted.
• Board Certification: Must be Board Certified by the ABS and currently certified in BLS, ACLS, or an equivalent. All continuing education required to maintain certification must be kept up to date.
• DEA: Must possess a current DEA certificate.
