- Join a team of 2 other experienced general surgeons
- Enjoy bread and butter surgery at a rural hospital

- Call is split between the team - 1:3

- Full-time, clinical base salary range for this position: $475,000 - $621,776.
- This range is an estimate and may be impacted by factors such as experience, qualifications, community needs, and additional compensation components like bonuses or incentives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Doctorate
- Licenses/Certifications: Physician licensed to practice medicine in current state
- Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and privileges.
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- Qualifications to participate in OSF's professional malpractice and liability coverage programs
- Licensed by the DEA and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable

- Ability to provide patient care aligned with patients' preferences, goals, and needs
