We are seeking a Gynecological Surgeon based in Dallas, TX. The role involves diagnosing and treating chronic pelvic pain in women and men using innovative, safe, and effective procedures.

Compensation: $325k-$350k Base + Bonus (uncapped, potential to earn $500k+). The bonus is based on case volume; for example, performing 17.5 cases per month can yield a $150K bonus annually.

Role Details

• Shifts: Monday-Friday, no weekends

• Patient Population: 16-40 years old

Responsibilities

Focus on endometriosis surgery and pelvic pain management. The surgeon will be supported by a team including non-operative pelvic pain specialists and health coaches. The role also involves engaging with the community via social media platforms like Facebook.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Completion of MIGS Fellowship in Gynecological Surgery
• Relevant State License and DEA
• 3+ years of experience (ideal range 3-8 years)
• Ability to perform non-robotic endo surgeries
