Job Opportunity: Physician for Dysphagia Evaluation Practice

We are an established medical practice serving Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Columbus, and surrounding areas, specializing in evaluations for patients with swallowing disorders. We are currently seeking additional physicians to join our team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and all levels of experience are encouraged to apply. During training, compensation will be provided.

The practice is part of a larger network with sister practices in New England and Texas.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Annual income ranging from approximately $160,000 to $225,000 or more, based on volume, for working 4 to 5 days a week.
2. Health coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and an educational stipend.
3. No weekend or night call responsibilities.
4. Malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is paid for by the practice. Our 19-year history includes over 400,000 evaluations with no malpractice inquiries or actions.

Practice Overview:

Midwest Dysphagia Consultants aims to provide professional dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies, utilizing a mobile unit (pictured on our website).

Physicians and speech-language pathologists request swallowing studies from our mobile unit at various facilities, private offices, and for homebound patients. Requests are routed through our office staff and scheduled within 24 to 72 hours, often the same day, depending on volume and location. Our goal is to ensure staff are home between 4:00 and 5:00 PM daily.
