Location:

A small city located in the southern part of the state, part of the Beckley Metropolitan Statistical Area, known for its historical ties to the coal mining industry.

Facility:

A 300-bed, full-service, ambulatory care center serving over 250,000 people since 1922. It offers a broad array of inpatient and outpatient services as a Level III Trauma Center, with Joint Commission and SCPC Chest Pain Center accreditation. The hospital features state-of-the-art technology, including robotic-assisted surgery.

Opportunity:

• Join a bustling practice with an established team in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains.
• Raleigh General Hospital seeks a General Surgeon to join an established hospital-employed practice.
• The candidate will perform a full spectrum of general surgery, including minimally invasive procedures.
• Onsite Da Vinci Xi Robot available.
• Eight ORs with flexible block scheduling; two outpatient ORs across the street from the main campus.
• Opportunity to incorporate wound care, if desired.
• Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program.
