Job summary

Prevea Health is seeking a CMA/LPN for surgery at St Mary's MOB in Green Bay, WI. This full-time role supports pre-visit planning, rooming, procedures, and patient instructions while working with a provider throughout visits.

Requirements include graduation from an approved Medical Assistant or Practical Nursing program and hands-on patient care experience. Strong EMR skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or Practical Nursing program.
• Minimum of 160 hours of direct patient care experience as a MA/LPN.
• Current clinical experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Current clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, perform and document vital signs and patient backgrounds.
• Coordinate provider schedules and appointment, enter orders and prepare patient charts.
• Instruct patients and families as directed within scope of licensure or certification.
• Prepare patients and assist medical providers with in-office procedures and prepare and administer medications/immunizations.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment to be within infection control standards.
