Baptist Health in Paducah, KY is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead unit activities during a shift and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. The role requires 3–5 years of nursing experience, Kentucky RN licensure, and the ability to assess census, organize staffing, supervise licensed and non‑licensed staff, and manage admissions, discharges, and transfers on a 10‑hour shift.

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential to address patient and staff concerns as part of the on‑duty

• Three to five years of job-related nursing experience.

Job Description:

10 hour shifts/ 6:30 AM to 5PM

• Develops assignment of licensed/non-licensed that ensures adequate deliver of care
• Manages patient flow to include admissions, discharges, and transfers
