Kyeatright seeks a Surgery Charge Nurse for day shifts in Paducah, KY. The role oversees unit activities for a shift, assigns licensed and non-licensed staff, and ensures timely patient flow from admission to discharge. The Charge Nurse partners with leadership to address concerns and optimize care delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant nursing experience and holds an RN license in Kentucky. This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts and duties as assigned by the Director.

• Three to five years of job-related experience.
• Current RN licensure by the Kentucky State Board of Nursing.

• Assesses unit census, patient status, and staffing numbers.
• Develops assignment of licensed/non-licensed staff to ensure adequate delivery of care.
