Madison Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Rexburg, ID is seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will open, arrange and handle supplies and instruments, maintain accurate counts, and assist with housekeeping to uphold a safe surgical environment.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and formal Surgical Technologist training; strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and teamwork are essential.

Surgery - Certified Surgical Technologist - (FT)

Madison Memorial Hospital (MMH) is seeking a driven and detailed Surgical Technologist to provide direct and indirect patient care in the Surgical Services Units. They will assist with patient care in the operating room by performing routine and delegated duties according to the standards of practice and policies of the hospital and surgical services. Duties will include, but are not limited to, opening, arranging and handling supplies and instruments needed for surgical procedures; keeps accurate count of instruments, sponges and sharps used during surgical procedures, and assists with housekeeping functions to maintain cleanliness in the operating room in order to ensure a safe patient environment.

Classification: Full Time

Schedule:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Completion of a formal accredited Surgical Technologist training program, preferred

• Excellent computer skills including but not limited to Word
