The RN Surgery Center Director will oversee a dynamic Surgery Center, OR, and Operating Room environment with a multi-specialty case mix and access to advanced systems and equipment. Reporting to senior administrative leadership, the Ambulatory Surgery Center RN Director will receive support from experienced operational leaders, collaborative physicians, and knowledgeable clinical partners. Key responsibilities include nursing operations, staffing, employee development, quality improvement, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, budgeting, performance monitoring, and patient safety. The Surgery Center Director will lead friendly nurses and a diverse team of surgeons, anesthesia professionals, surgical technologists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals who value communication, mutual respect, and shared accountability.
