Marvelconsultants is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator in Las Vegas, NV to lead a Joint Commission-accredited ambulatory surgery center specializing in Gastroenterology. Qualifications

• Progressive healthcare leadership experience in ASC or hospital surgical services.
• Experience managing operations, budgets, staffing, and financial performance.
• Strong regulatory compliance and quality improvement knowledge.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for daily operations of the ambulatory surgery center.
• Foster strong relationships with physician partners, the Governing Board, and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating, staffing, and capital budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, productivity, and key operational metrics.
• Lead workforce planning, employee engagement, recruitment, and performance management initiatives.
• Oversee physician credentialing, medical staff coordination, and contract management.
• Partner with physicians to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Lead quality improvement, infection prevention, risk management, and patient safety initiatives.
• Evaluate opportunities for service line growth and operational enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and contracted services.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance metrics to leadership and governing boards.
