An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead a premier ambulatory surgery center in the beautiful Bay Area. This leadership role offers the chance to oversee a thriving multispecialty ASC while partnering with physicians and a nationally recognized surgery center organization committed to excellence in patient care.

This AAAHC-accredited surgery center features two Operating Rooms and one Treatment Room, providing high-quality orthopedic, pain management, and plastic surgery services. Leaders are supported by experienced corporate resources while maintaining the autonomy to drive local success.

The ASC Administrator will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including financial performance, physician relations, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This leader will work closely with the Governing Board, physicians, and clinical leadership to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional patient experience. Candidates with ambulatory surgery center leadership or hospital surgical leadership experience, strong financial management skills, and a passion for operational excellence will thrive in this role.
