Job summary

Clinical Management Consultants is partnering with a Northern California multispecialty ambulatory surgery center to recruit an experienced Surgery Center Administrator. This leader will oversee daily operations, financial performance, physician relations, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance in a three-OR ASC.

Job description

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead a high-performing ambulatory surgery center in Northern California. This leadership position offers the chance to oversee a thriving multispecialty ASC while partnering with physicians and a nationally recognized organization dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.

This AAAHC-accredited surgery center features three Operating Rooms and two Treatment Rooms, providing advanced gastroenterology, gynecology, orthopedic, and pain management services in a modern outpatient setting.

The ASC Administrator will oversee daily facility operations, financial performance, physician relations, staffing, quality initiatives, and regulatory compliance. This leader will collaborate with physicians, the Governing Board, and corporate leadership to ensure operational excellence while supporting continued growth. Candidates with ambulatory surgery center leadership or hospital surgical leadership experience, strong financial management skills, and a collaborative leadership style will excel in this role.
