Surgery Center Administrator-Salary $110K-$130K
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator for an outpatient surgery center in Indiana. This facility has 2 OR’s . Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of ENT, Orthopedics and Pain Management.
Job Qualifications and Duties:
  • The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
  • BS in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of the operating functions.
  • The daily operation of the facility.
  • Ensure that the surgical programs and clinical services are in compliance with the respective components of regulatory body and accrediting body standards.
  • Develop, evaluate, and promote implementation of a continuous quality.
  • improvement program.
  • Attend corporate administrative meetings representing the facility.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and serve as a liaison in problem areas with the medical staff

Compensation:
  • Salary range of 110k to 130k
