Job description

We are located in Alabama (1 hour west of Huntsville) and seeking BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a busy, hospital-employed practice that is well known throughout the northern Alabama region for their experience and expertise. A 263-bed facility opened in 2018 and is the most comprehensive medical facility in northwest Alabama. It is a certified Chest Pain Center and is recognized as a Primary Stroke Center of Excellence.

Position Details:

1. Join 2 Vascular Surgeons and 1 Cardiothoracic Surgeon
2. State-of-the-art facility with Vascular & Open Heart ORs, 4 Cath Labs, and Hybrid Suite
3. Excellent APP Support from skilled CV PA-Cs
4. Work in Inpatient/Outpatient Settings
5. O-1 and J-1 waiver support via State Conrad 30, ARC, DRA, HHS based on location and specialty

Serves as a regional facility with more than 200 physicians on staff representing over 42 specialty areas of medicine. The 263-bed facility, opened in 2018, offers the community's only open-heart surgery site, a complete line of women's and children's services, and a full range of medical and imaging services. As a Level III Trauma Center, it serves as the primary referral center for northwest Alabama, south-central Tennessee, and northeast Mississippi.
