Job summary

Paycom in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an entry-level Surgical Tech to support the surgical team, assist with instrument preparation and sterilization, and help Circulator, Scrub and Physician ensure a smooth case flow.

Responsibilities

• Assist Circulator, Scrub and Physician by cleaning instruments and providing sterilized instruments for each case.
• Support the team to maintain quality patient care and workflow.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients, ensuring smooth room turnover.
• Help with instrument tracking and preparation for procedures.

Work with the team to assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities.
