Job summary

Acumed LLC seeks a Medical Education Program Manager to develop and host medical education courses with surgeon subject matter experts. You will design objectives, curricula, and tools, and oversee workshops for high-quality surgeon education.

Collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales, you will coordinate platforms, events, and registrations for international, national, and regional programs while ensuring compliance with policies and reimbursement processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, communications, education or related field.
• 2 years of events, marketing, or education experience required.
• 2 years of medical device experience preferred.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Foundational knowledge in anatomy and physiology preferred.
• Proven ability to train and educate; communicate complex material clearly.
• Competency in creating PowerPoint presentations and utilizing Excel for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to document medical education materials and multimedia materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining educational curriculum and learning objects.
• Adapt materials to meet instructional objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate training for healthcare professionals including surgeons, residents and staff.
• Plan and implement surgeon education programs with internal teams across regions.
• Organize onsite and offsite workshops and manage registrations, travel, and expenses.
• Prepare invitations, statements of work, and ensure fee-for-service and reimbursement payments.
