Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. seeks a merchandiser to execute Kroger KOMPASS schedules, manage store resets, and support division merchandising efforts in designated Kroger stores. You will work with teams to ensure timely completion and accurate execution of plan-o-grams and special projects.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in retail grocery merchandising, strong English communication, and the ability to supervise a part-time crew as needed. Travel and driver eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail grocery merchandising experience preferred.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of using plan-o-grams and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams
• Collect plan-o-grams and prepare work area for section resets
• Break down sections to optimize shopper flow
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematics
• Complete forms and report to Kroger and supervisors
• Support Kroger and P.L. Marketing in special projects
• Identify opportunities to increase Kroger Corporate Brand sales
• Communicate status updates to Kroger management
• Provide direction to part-time team when needed
• Ensure safety and comply with clocking in/out guidelines
