Job summary

Trinzic, the future independent company created from KBR's Mission Technology Solutions spin-off, seeks a Surge Support Medical Equipment Repairer for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program based in Jacksonville, FL.

You will perform complex installation, maintenance, overhaul, repair, and testing of medical and dental equipment used in patient care, with opportunities to assist senior repairers and handle related tasks in a fast-paced defense environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• Combination of college credits, other training, or education may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles and circuitry; ability to diagnose malfunctions and repair equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals; interpret wiring diagrams and flow sheets.
• Ability to perform standard calculations for wiring load and circuit parameters.
• Practical understanding of electronic circuits and component operation.
• Excellent manual dexterity and precision with small components.
• Familiarity with basic office software applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, overhaul, repair, and test medical and dental equipment.
• Assist higher level repairers and perform assigned tasks.
• Adhere to established methods, quality standards, and schedules; deploy within 72 hours; travel up to 70%.
