Mercy St. Louis is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will handle surgical instruments, pass supplies to the surgeons, and help maintain patient confidentiality and safety.

The role can be part-time or full-time, with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to work in a high-acuity setting at a Level I Trauma Center and Burn Center. Mercy St. Louis offers comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the primary function of a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room.
• Provide surgical instruments to the surgical team and maintain instrument accountability.
• Coordinate care of the surgical patient with team members and protect patient rights and confidentiality.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience / Licensure

• Certified Surgical Technologists encouraged to apply
