ARMStaffing is seeking skilled Surgical Technologists for travel and local contract opportunities across the U.S. You will join a dedicated surgical team, assisting during operations, maintaining sterile technique, and ensuring efficient OR turnover.

This role offers travel and local contracts with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Require accredited Surgical Technology training, BLS, and 1+ year OR experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility, as required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a surgical or operating room setting.
• BLS certification.
• National certification preferred (NBSTSA or NCCT).

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes.
• Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
• Maintain a sterile field and monitor aseptic techniques throughout procedures.
• Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after surgery to ensure accuracy.
• Handle specimens appropriately and prepare them for laboratory analysis.
• Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
