Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the scrub team at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. You will perform scrub duties and assist in patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, collaborating with licensed staff to serve patients across age groups.

Requirements include a Surgical Technology program, and either CST certification or at least 3 years of surgical tech experience. A sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Surgical Technology program required.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required or 3 years of surgical tech experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs scrub duties and assists in patient care under the direction of a registered nurse.
• Demonstrates higher level critical thinking and problem solving in care delivery.
• Functions in partnership with licensed staff to support safe, efficient surgeries.
