Job summary

Surface Experts is hiring a Technician to perform on-site surface repair work, bringing hands-on skills to floors, countertops, and fixtures. You will fix minor damage with a fast turnaround, using a supplied toolkit and company guidance.

A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and keeping clients informed during the repair process. Base hourly pay with performance-based bonuses, a flexible schedule, a company car, and full training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or hobbies.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites daily to perform repairs and customer service.
• Document progress and notes in the CRM/Dispatch system.
• Communicate with support and distributors as needed.
• Follow the defined repair process using the provided toolkit.
