Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a plating preparation technician to prepare parts for plating, perform vapor honing/blasting, and ensure parts are cleaned and inspected to meet quality standards. The role requires maintaining equipment, masking surfaces per cards and prints, and completing paperwork while promoting a safe, organized work environment.

The position works Monday through Friday, 6:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., with a focus on adhering to approved methods and engineering instructions to deliver

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for plating using approved methods and following engineering card instructions
• Vapor hone/blast parts as directed
• Rinse and clean parts as directed
• Inspect parts throughout the process to ensure good product
• Maintain and regularly clean the equipment used for surface prep
• Mask various surfaces per engineering card and customer prints
• Complete paperwork as required
• Maintain an orderly and organized work environment
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times and promote a safe work environment
