Job summary

You will work with hand tools, operate forklifts/cranes, read drawings, and support cleaning, blasting, and coating processes while maintaining high quality standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with pneumatic and battery-powered tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a manufacturing shop environment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, job travelers, work orders, reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jack, forklift, and overhead crane to support workflow.
• Sling and position heavy work pieces (2,000–40,000 lbs) for cleaning, blasting or coating.
• Clean and prepare steel and cast components for surface coating.
• Operate wash booth and blast booth equipment for surface preparation.
• Follow proper usage, storage and hygiene procedures for Blast Booth PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
