Job summary

Peninsula Powder Coating is hiring full-time Production Surface Prep Technicians to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. In this role, you’ll operate equipment to paint and prepare surfaces by removing dirt, rust, old paint, and grease using pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus and training is available.
• You may be standing for long periods and must lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Forklift operation is helpful; company provides training if needed.
• Detail-oriented approach is essential for consistent quality.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated deadline-focused work ethic is valued.
