Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Surface Mount Technology Operator in New Bremen, OH. This role runs SMT assembly machines and maintains flow across inline equipment, following safety guidelines and work instructions to ensure quality.

The position offers 1st shift (5:00am-3:10pm) with 2nd and 3rd shifts and on-the-job training in a climate-controlled environment. A high school diploma and ability to work safely in a team are required.

Pay tops out at $26.55/ hour (plus shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts)

Responsibilities:

• Run SMT assembly machines per work instructions
• Maintain flow across multiple pieces of inline automated assembly machines
• Follow all safety and ergonomics programs & guidelines
• Perform basic quality checks as required
• Participate in team based continuous improvement activities
• Perform other work as assigned

Additional Information:

• Located in New Bremen, OH
• Paid on the job training is provided
• Shifts: 1st shift (5:00am-3:10pm) Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift (2:50pm-1:00am) Monday- Thursday and 3rd shift (7:00pm-5:10am) Monday night-Friday morning
