Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, perform maintenance and major repairs on heavy-duty mobile equipment, combat, tactical and automotive vehicles.
• Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose causes of failures using test equipment and manuals.
• Remove and disassemble engines and major assemblies; repair and overhaul as per specifications; reassemble and test.
• Perform repairs independently in remote locations and replace defective parts as needed.
