• Determines skills, materials, and equipment required to do the work and reallocates resources as needed.
• Administration: plans leave schedules, determines training needs, sets performance standards, and initiates promotions or reassignments.
• Ensures safety, housekeeping, and protective equipment compliance; performs non-supervisory tasks as required.
• Implements and complies with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements; manages property and equipment records.
• Participates in readiness evaluations, mobilization, and command support exercises.
