Qualifications

• HSD/GED; 3-5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge on operation of Blanchard surface grinders.
• Must be able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a surface grinder to achieve required finish.
• Dress and change wheels for various finish requirements.
• Assist in development of process improvement initiatives.
