Job summary

The Kinetic Co. is seeking experienced 1st shift Surface Grinders for our Milwaukee facility. In this full-time role, you'll set up and operate Rotary/Blanchard Surface Grinding Machines, ensuring precision in achieving required finishes on various work pieces.

Applicants need 5-7 years of relevant experience and knowledge of surface grinding, blueprint reading, and operation of manual machines. Competitive benefits including health insurance and a 401(K) plan with company match are provided.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive knowledge on operation of Mattison style surface grinders.
• Knowledge of grinding angles and grinding parts square requirements.
• Must be able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust and operate a surface grinder to achieve required finish.
• Assist in development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
