Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or technical training in materials science, mechanical or electrical engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written instructions and complete records accurately.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform part-cleaning procedures including solvent cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and sandblasting.
• Carefully handle, prepare, and fixture delicate parts for coating.
• Assist with loading and unloading coating chambers.
• Learn to operate a manual coating chamber following SOPs.
• Complete process records and maintain accurate part identification.
• Assist with packaging finished parts and maintain an organized workspace.
• Support basic coating inspection, measurements, and engineering experiments as training and project needs allow.
• Assist with other tasks as requested by management.
