Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of the Treasure Coast is hiring for carpet and floor cleaning specialists. You will perform the cleaning services the company offers, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain equipment and vehicles.

We value professional communication with customers, willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential for this expanding team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of floor cleaning experience preferred; includes specialty cleaning capabilities.
• IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Physically capable of hands-on cleaning and lifting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet and floor cleaning services offered by the company.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Be open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
• Be a team player.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (i.e. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification Required
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work
• Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership
• High school diploma or GED required
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
