Job summary

A cleaning and restoration company in Florida is seeking a motivated Surface Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role requires 1+ years of floor cleaning experience and an IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician certification. Candidates should be comfortable with hands-on physical work and eager to learn. The position offers opportunities for training and advancement in a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning.
• IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Certification Required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Accurately complete work orders, logs, and documentation.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
• Stay open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
