Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking a Surety Renewal Agent to manage a high-volume book of contractor and surety bond customers in our Sacramento office.

This role focuses on renewals, customer communication, and payment processing, with licensing support and training. After a probationary period, a hybrid schedule with one WFH day per week is available.

Qualifications

• Active California Property and Casualty license preferred; licensing support provided.
• Experience in insurance, sales, or account management is valued.
• Willingness to obtain license if not active.

Responsabilités

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of upcoming surety and contractor bond renewals.
• Proactively communicate with existing customers regarding upcoming renewals, pricing, requirements, and payment.
• Review customer and bond information to determine what is needed to complete the renewal.
• Prepare and process bond renewals accurately and efficiently.
• Collect renewal payments and complete required renewal transactions.
• Work with surety carrier partners when additional information or underwriting review is required.
• Follow up consistently with customers who have not completed their renewal.
• Identify and address obstacles that could prevent a customer from renewing.
• Focus on retaining existing customers and meeting defined renewal production goals.
• Identify opportunities for customers who may also need General Liability or Workers' Compensation insurance.
