Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Producer to grow our PA market with a hybrid remote/in-office arrangement.

You will develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, perform risk assessments, and stay current with industry trends to deliver tailored insurance programs. A P&C license and 3–5 years in commercial insurance sales are required.

Qualifications

• We require a Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and PA market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients in PA.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients for retention and growth.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose appropriate insurance solutions.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, focusing on expanding our commercial insurance business in the Pennsylvania market.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients in the PA market
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' needs
• Collaborate with clients and prospectsto design customized insurance programs
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the commercial insurance sector
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk management, and the Pennsylvania insurance market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
• Ability to analyze complex risks and develop tailored insurance solutions
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Additional insurance certifications such as CPCU or CIC are a plus
• Willingness to travel within the Pennsylvania market as needed
• Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities
