Job summary

Aon is seeking a surety professional to join a high-performing team handling bond programs for multiple clients. The role emphasizes client interaction, underwriting strategy, and operational execution within a hybrid work model near an Aon office.

You will work with clients, carriers, and internal colleagues to deliver accurate, compliant bond solutions, while mentoring teammates and managing key accounts in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Maintain Notary Public designation and hold the appropriate Producer license.
• Notary Public certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected client accounts and deliver bond programs with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with clients, surety carriers, and internal teams on bond issuance and advisement.
• Prepare and process bond instruments in line with underwriting guidelines.
• Mentor internal team and support onboarding as needed.
• Ensure electronic bond files are accurate in AonBondLink (ABL) and uphold audit controls.
