Acrisure is seeking an experienced Surety Professional to be the primary contact for clients, client advisors, and surety underwriters. You will manage a broad range of surety bonds, ensure excellent client service, and support growth and retention of Acrisure's surety business.

The role requires on-site presence in California, collaboration with carriers, and coordination with internal teams. Strong proficiency in Office 365, EPIC, and surety/bond knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• MS Office 365 proficiency required.
• Applied EPIC experience preferred.
• Prior experience in surety bonds is required.
• Prior accounting experience related to insurance/surety is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update client financial and bond files.
• Review contracts and bond forms and extract relevant information.
• Prepare bid, final, subdivision, license, and miscellaneous bonds with accuracy.
• Act as liaison with surety companies and maintain relationships.
• Assist Client Advisors and other team members.
• Draft and send routine correspondence and manage agency files.
• Answer phones and respond to voice messages.
