Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a motivated, client-centric professional to join our Surety team in a hands-on administrative role. You will manage bond processes from submission to execution, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with clients and surety partners.

This role offers exposure to multiple bond types and industries. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a Florida Property & Casualty license, and prior bookkeeping/insurance experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Ability to read/interpret policies, contracts, and reports.
• Proficient with MS Outlook/Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client financial and bond files.
• Receive and dispatch correspondence promptly.
• Review contracts and bond forms and extract information.
• Ensure accuracy of bid and final bond requests.
• Prepare bid and final bonds.
• Keep clients updated on request status.
• Process billing accounts receivable follow up.
• Liaise with surety companies and clients.
