The specialist ensures that all CADD deliverables meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations and client specifications. Collaboration with surveyors, engineers, and project managers is essential to translate field data into precise digital models that guide construction activities. Ultimately, this role contributes to the successful planning and execution of construction projects by delivering accurate and reliable design documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in CADD drafting within the construction or surveying industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CADD software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, land development processes, and construction documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified CADD Professional (CCP) or equivalent.
