Outstanding people skills, including telephone technique, personal appearance, organization skills, communicable skills (oral and written), independent and self-motivate, flexible, analytic and arithmetic skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills and computer skills including some understanding of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
