Job Description

Under the direction of Nutrition Service Director, is responsible for the shift supervision of food production, patient trayline service, special function, and cafeteria services. Is responsible for the staffing/scheduling of the food production and service in both patient and non-patient care areas.

FTE 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80 Work Shift Evening: 8 hours

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree desirable, but not required. Minimum five (5) years food service experience required. Prior management experience desirable. Must have writing composition and interpersonal competency.

Salary Range: $38.73 - $58.09 USD Hour
