Responsibilities

Milieu Supervisors maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for staff and patients by auditing and providing hands‑on training to designated staff and patients. They conduct video audits, facilitate debriefs with employees following major incidents, report incidents to leadership and risk management, and complete required documentation including event reports and root‑cause analysis reports. Safety remains a core focus, involving leadership rounding and auditing. The Milieu Supervisor works with the Milieu Manager to complete assigned designee tasks.

Orientation: Two‑week orientation (Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) precedes the start of the regular work schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the mental health arena; inpatient or outpatient psychiatry experience required.
