Performance Food Group is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to support daily inbound transportation in a foodservice operation. You will coordinate with carriers and internal teams, drive continuous improvement, and supervise a team to meet service and cost targets.
You will monitor freight movement, analyze metrics, and implement action plans to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.

This role supports a team of logistics personnel, coordinates with internal departments and external carriers, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer service and operational objectives for a food service operation.
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Bachelor's Degree Business management, procurement or related area.
