A leading agency is seeking a SUPV IT Cybersecurity Specialist to manage voice and video infrastructure operations at a federal level. The role involves policy development, systems analysis, and ensuring operational excellence within both unclassified and classified networks. Candidates must have prior supervisory experience and a Top Secret security clearance, as well as strong expertise in IT cybersecurity. This is a Senior appointment with responsibilities across critical infrastructure operations.
This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.
Location: DISA White House Communications Agency, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia. This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility for conversion to the Competitive Service. Current Federal employees will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
To qualify at GG-14, you must demonstrate at least one year of experience overseeing voice and video infrastructure operations, managing technical teams, and providing expert IT duties such as policy, cybersecurity, and systems analysis.
Experience must be described in your resume, including how you meet the qualifications and/or placement factors. All qualifications are required within 30 days of the closing date.
Prior to reporting, the candidate must be eligible for a DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI access and approved for Presidential Support Duty under Department of Defense Directive 5210.55 (Yankee White - Category II).
